- Don't use your nails to open things,
- Be extra gentle with your nails for the first 24 hours - it'll take this long for you to get used to them, and for the product to reach maximum cure strength,
- Wear gloves while doing chores,
- Moisturise daily, and use cuticle oil,
- Resist the temptation to pick, bite, or file you nails,
- Always return to the salon for maintenance or removal.
