If you're already booked in at Rambling Rose Nails:

1. Simply log in to Timely and go to the My Appointments section on the top menu bar: https://bookings.gettimely.com/ramblingrosenailsmakeup/details/update

2. Click on Reschedule to move the appointment, or Cancel* to delete it.

* Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee, as per the Terms & Conditions mentioned on Timely at time of booking, and on our website.

Relaxing your hand during a manicure (or your foot during a pedicure) allows the nail tech to position your hand correctly, and lets the gel polish or other products used flow to where they need to be and not where we don't want them.

Gel is a self-levelling product, so if your hand is tilted sideways, or your fingers pointing up instead of being relaxed, there's a chance the gel is going to run to the edge of your nail or your cuticle instead of staying where it's put.
