I was looking for ZA Deep Hydrating Foaming Cleanser in my local Farmers (apparently they don’t stock it any more) when I spotted Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser on the shelf.
Packaged in a 175g soft plastic tube with an ombre orange, white and blue design, the thick white cleanser inside is the consistency of thick toothpaste! I was surprised at how thick the paste was and how little I needed to clean off a full face of make-up!
The soft plastic tube is easy to squeeze and the flip top lid is perfect for use in the shower. A small pea-sized amount is all that I need to work up a really rich lather with loads of nice, foamy bubbles. The rich lather cleanses thoroughly and claims to have long-lasting oil control and I have noticed that my skin does look less shiny since using this cleanser.
I find that the best way to use this is to wet my face and then place a small pea-sized amount in the palm of one hand, adding a little water and then working up a good lather before applying the foam to my face. The rich, creamy foam rinses off easily with warm water, leaving my skin feeling soft, smooth and refreshed with no tight or dry feeling.
Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser is oil-free, dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic and looks like it’s paraben free.
Would I recommend it? Yes, but only to those with oily skin. Would I buy this again? Yes, but I still want to try the ZA Deep Hydrating Foaming Cleanser. Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser is definitely at the top of my favourite foaming cleansers list at the moment, and the 175g tube lasts a long time, even with daily use.
Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser is available from Farmers, Countdown and selected stockists.
